Anyone — whether or not they have an account — may report content on Lovella AI that they believe is illegal or violates our Content Policy.

How to report

Email report@lovellaai.com with:

• a link, content ID, or screenshot identifying the content;
• the reason (e.g. appears to involve a minor, depicts a real person, non-consensual, other

prohibited category); and

• your contact details so we can follow up.

If you are (or represent) a person depicted in content made or shared without your consent, say so — these reports are prioritized (see NCII below).

Our response

• We acknowledge reports within [24] hours and aim to review and act within [72] hours.
• Reports alleging a minor, a real identifiable person, or non-consensual content are handled on

an expedited basis and the content is disabled pending review.

• If content is found to violate the Content Policy or the law, we remove it, take action on the

responsible account, and, where legally required, preserve and report it to the appropriate authorities (e.g. suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC).

Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)

We remove non-consensual intimate imagery of real people on an expedited basis and take steps to prevent re-upload. Contact report@lovellaai.com and mark it "NCII / urgent."

Appeals

If your content or account was actioned and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the decision email or contact support@lovellaai.com for review.
