Content Policy

Lovella AI (lovellaai.com) · Effective [EFFECTIVE_DATE]

Lovella AI is an AI service that generates fictional adult imagery and video. Everyone using the service must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their location, if higher). By using Lovella AI you agree to this policy. We enforce it with automated filtering, human review, a reporting channel, and account termination.

All content on Lovella AI is computer-generated and depicts fictional persons who are adults. No content depicts, and no content may be made to depict, any real, identifiable human being, and no content depicts real sexual conduct by real performers.

1. Zero-tolerance — strictly prohibited, no exceptions

The following are prohibited whether real, fictional, animated, or AI-generated. Attempts to create them are blocked, reported where legally required, and result in immediate termination.

  1. Minors. Any content that depicts, describes, or sexualizes a minor, or a person who

appears to be a minor, in any way. This includes AI-generated, "virtual," cartoon, aged-down, or "petite/teen/schoolgirl"-styled depictions intended to portray or suggest a minor. Prompts referencing childhood, youth, school settings, or age regression in a sexual context are prohibited. This is a criminal red line, not merely a policy one.

  1. Real or identifiable people. No content of, resembling, or "deepfaking" a real,

identifiable person — including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals — without their nonexistent consent (real-person sexual content is never permitted here). Uploading a real person's photo/video to place them into sexual content is prohibited.

  1. Non-consensual sexual content. Rape, sexual assault, coercion, "forced," blackmail,

unconscious/sleeping/drugged subjects, hidden-camera/"spy" scenarios, or any depiction presenting sex without willing, conscious participation.

  1. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) / "revenge porn." Any intimate content of a real

person shared or created without consent.

  1. Incest / family sexual content, including step-family and guardian relationships.
  2. Bestiality — sexual content involving animals.
  3. Sexual violence and extreme harm — snuff, necrophilia, mutilation, torture, or content

glorifying serious injury or death in a sexual context.

  1. Trafficking, prostitution solicitation, and child grooming content.

2. Also prohibited

  • Content promoting hate or violence against protected groups.
  • Gore, scat, urine, blood, vomit and similar "extreme" categories that most card networks

refuse (kept prohibited to preserve payment eligibility).

  • Impersonation, doxxing, or content intended to harass a real person.
  • Using outputs for defamation, extortion, fraud, or to deceive others into believing the

content is real.

  • Content that violates the intellectual-property rights of others (see the DMCA Policy).

3. What is allowed

Explicit sexual imagery and video of fictional adult characters created by the AI, provided it does not fall into any prohibited category above. Adults are always depicted as clearly adult.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Confirm you are 18+ and legally permitted to view adult content where you are.
  • Do not enter prompts, or upload references, aimed at producing prohibited content.
  • Do not attempt to make outputs depict a real, identifiable person.
  • Do not redistribute content in a way that presents fictional content as real, or that would

itself be illegal.

5. Enforcement

We use automated safety filtering on prompts and outputs, human moderation, and a reporting channel (see the Content Removal & Complaints Policy). We may refuse, block, watermark, remove, or delete content and may suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice. We cooperate with law enforcement and preserve/report content where the law requires (e.g. suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
