All visual content made available through Lovella AI is created entirely by artificial-intelligence models and depicts wholly fictional, computer-generated persons. No visual depiction on Lovella AI is a photograph, film, or recording of any actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Because Lovella AI does not produce, and does not host, any visual depiction of real human performers, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A do not apply to its content. There are no performers, and therefore no ages or identities to record, because the depicted persons do not exist.

Lovella AI nonetheless requires, as a condition of use, that:

• all depicted persons are, and are portrayed as, adults (18+); and
• no content may depict, resemble, or be produced from any real, identifiable person.

Content that would depict a real person, or that appears to depict a minor, is prohibited under the Content Policy, blocked by our safety systems, and removed, and where the law requires, reported to the appropriate authorities.
