What you're buying

Lovella AI sells access to AI generation via credits and/or plans, as shown at checkout. Prices, what each purchase includes, and any recurring terms are disclosed before you pay. Credits are used to generate content and are consumed as described in the app.

Charges & statement descriptor

  • Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and exclude any taxes unless stated.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; your card details are handled by them,

not stored by us.

  • Your card statement will show: "[BILLING_DESCRIPTOR]". If you don't recognize a charge with

this descriptor, contact us before disputing (see below).

Recurring plans & cancellation

  • If you buy a recurring plan, it renews automatically each period at the then-current price until

you cancel. We disclose the renewal amount and interval before purchase.

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@lovellaai.com;

cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds

  • Because generated content is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally

non-refundable once credits are used, except where required by law or stated below.

  • We may, at our discretion, refund or credit for verified billing errors, duplicate charges, or

a failure on our side to deliver purchased functionality. Request a refund within [14] days at support@lovellaai.com with your account email and transaction details.

  • Points/credits already reserved for a generation that fails are automatically returned; no

charge is taken for a failed generation.

Billing questions & disputes (chargebacks)

Please contact support@lovellaai.com first — most issues (unrecognized descriptor, accidental purchase, billing error) are resolved quickly and without a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account pending resolution.
